Reduce Downtime

Managing a phone installation project involving AT&T, ĪTEGRIA® pushed back against an idea to perform the work during a normal business day. Based on our experience and perspective, we believed the project might encounter roadblocks that could create larger problems. That decision proved wise: none of the phone or Internet system connections needed by AT&T were prepared.

If the client had gone forward as requested, the client wouldn’t have had phone capabilities for up to a week. Instead, ĪTEGRIA supervised the work off during the evenings and off-hours.  The system was operational and a clean cut-over from the old system was accomplished.

It’s another example of the way we anticipate problems and address them in a way that eliminates or minimized disruptions for our clients.
